Goodbye From Living Simple

Posted on

wash d.c.Living Simple is saying goodbye, or rather I am saying goodbye for the Living Simple blog.

Bev sat me down yesterday and helped me find focus to my writing.  I’ve been all over the place and as a result I have lost the main focus I started out with, namely to empower people and give them hope.

So that is what I will now focus on.  I have two new blogs that I am constructing, and I would imagine I’ll be ready to go with them in a week or so.  They will speak about issues that are very important to me, and they will help me return to the writing that I was born to do.

I hope this blog has helped you in some way. I believe in the Simple Life.  I believe this society needs to yes, find its focus, and return to the days of old when there were more important things in life than just possessions and owning the latest toys.  I will continue to lead the simple life and I hope you find it too.

Thank you for following on my journey, and I hope you follow along with my new blogging ventures.

I wish for each of you a Simple Life, one filled with happiness and love.

Peace be with all of you.

  2. Bill, although I didn’t often comment, I enjoyed reading these posts on the simple life. They came to my email, so I read most of them. I’ll miss them, but I’m sure your new blogs will reflect more of what you want to share. Best of luck!

  9. It’s always good to find a focus. I have enjoyed this, but I would like to read anything that you have to say, whether it is about simple living or any other topic. I want to start a blog sometime, to supplement HubPages, but frst I want to find a focus of my own.
    Take care, Bill!

  10. Oh Bill! You weren’t joking when you said you had some changes taking place as well. I’m sad to see this blog go because I enjoyed it. It reminded me of what’s important in life. But then again, I enjoy reading everything you write, so I will be there right behind you and following you wherever your new adventures take you. You have a gift, and you definitely should be using it more. Well done…exciting times ahead my friend. 🙂

    • Thanks Lurana! This writing adventure is at the very least interesting. I balance trying to help others with trying to become noticed and established….one feels like prostitution while the other feels very good. 🙂

      • Yes, I know what you mean! 🙂 You seem to balance it all very well, and it is clear that you are sincerely interested in supporting others.

  12. Looking forward to your new blog. I’m sure it will be worthwhile.
